Ashiq Rahman

Dr Rahman (PhD in Quantum Optics, BS in Mathematics & Physics) is a hands-on AI Strategist with 25 years of industry experience. He guides companies to create value (e.g. generate revenue/reduce cost).

Since 1999, he has held roles in high tech industries as Scientist, Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Architect and solved business problems with technology.

He was selected as Principal Strategy Planner in 2011 and has been leading data driven decision making.

In 2021, he led a team for AI Innovation, AI Platform/Infrastructure, AI Standards and Governance (co-authored the Responsible AI guidelines). Dr. Rahman stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others.

During 2023, he noticed an interest in ‘Generative AI and a lack of its technology and business impact understanding’ in the industry. He developed this program to help people unlock the potential with AI.
